Okay here are the last of the make and takes from last weekend. First up are two from Kasia. They feature Holly Jolly Christmas. Fun little set. The little reindeer is attached to a spinner piece so he twirls as he slides from one end of the slot to the other. This is a fun technique, and I would love to show it to you at your workshop...Did I mention there is EXTRA hostess benefits right now? The little Santa in the Joy card, is covered with iridescent Ice Embossing Powder! I love sparkles!
This next set is Upsie Daisy. I believe these cards were designed by Mandi. The blue flowers are done by inking the stamp with the lighter color and then use a sponge dauber to apply the darker ink to the tips. For the Fall colored card, the technique used was Poppin Pastels. This is just like magic! I love it! Want to learn how, let's book a workshop!

Also designed by Mandi are the cards featuring Holiday Line Up. The blue card is water colored with aqua painters (also on sale this month) There is also a hint of glitter on the snowmen. And, isn't that felt Alpine Ribbon scrumptious?! The little elves are colored with markers. I think if I were doing this card again (on my own time) I would only color the elves shown through the window and leave the rest (on the inside) un-colored...this is called spotlighting. I would also emboss the Merry Christmas with clear embossing powder over Chocolate Chip Craft ink on the cover to make it stand out a bit more. Just a few of my thoughts on a great card!
Last up are two cards featuring Seasons of Friendship from the Holiday Mini. And forgive me,but I am not sure exactly who created these. The fall one features Poppin Pastels again, and the blue card is 2-step stampin.
