Sherri, my fabulous upline, hosted a group shoebox swap this month. What is a shoe box swap? Well let me explain...Generally when Stampin' Up! Demonstrators get together we "swap" cards. Meaning we make a bunch of the same kind of card and take them to trade with other demos who did the same thing, so you come home with lots of ideas only having to create one! It is fabulous and so much fun to see all the other cute ideas out there! Well, a Shoebox swap is about the same thing but MORE fun. Each demo designs her card, and then cuts all the paper and packs up all the supplies in a shoe box and brings it to the swap. We set up stations and then go around and MAKE all the cards! Swapping but better because we get to STAMP and chat and laugh together!
We had so much fun at this special event. I believe we had 20 of our group members there. Sherri, Heather and I each did a "WOW!" project. Sherri did a super cute Frankenstein card using the new Big Shot and punches, and Heather did some of her famous tiles. I did the Scratch N Sniff technique. I love it! Especially this time of year. Here is my Lovely as a Tree S-N-S card, the tree is scented like apple cider!
I will post more of the cards that were done later. They were all so adorable, but that many cards take some time to get scanned and saved.
Have a great day!

How cute...I think someone needs to invent a way to smell through the computer so I could smell your card. :) Sounds like fun!
Deborah! that is such a cute card! What an awesome idea to make the tree smell!
